Cycle Club had one of their periodical outings on 19th September,1912,to the Curragh Races-a desirable spot for a days outing, seeing that the average R.I.C. man has a slight knowledge of horse flesh.The Secretary of the Club evidently " knows a thing or two ." A considerable number turned up,including seasoned warriors and raw recruits. The outing was well enjoyed,while it has been hinted (untruthfully) that the trip was a profitable one to a few. The runs this year,owing to unsuitable weather, have been few, Better luck next year.
