Robert Willis appointed 1.12.1829 age 21 born Fermanagh height 6'3' Protestant labourer recommended by Earl Enniskillen married 9.4.1834 wife native of Roscommon. Served Roscommon 6yrs 4mths, Galway 5yrs 5mths, Tyrone from 1,9.1840, Leitrim from 1.9.1851. Made Constable 1.1.1831 2nd Head Constable 1.9.1851, received an award of 3pounds. Served 32yrs 8 mths & pensioned 1.11.1861 @ 50 pounds per year paid at Ballinamore quarterly.
