There were only two Patrick Colreavy's in the RIC and four Colreavy's in total.Based on your grandfather's DOB his service number is 66253.If he was born in Leitrim he would not have served in that County as you were not allowed to serve in the County you were born.With the above number you can obtain his service record which is a rich vein of information relating to your grandfather.The PSNI Museum holds these records but I have found them unreliable in returning e mails or phone calls.The Public records office in Belfast holds the service records as does Public Records,Kew Gardens.

There was also a Thomas Colreavy whose service record is 70492. an he would have joined between 15/2/17 and 6/4/20.He may be a relation.
